📍 Location: Patna Office (Niwas Apartment, Gardanibagh) 💼 Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site) 🎯 Department: Sales & Business Development ⏱️ Experience: 0 – 3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills welcome)

Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with retail business owners, schools, coaching institutes, hospitals, clinics, and hotels across Bihar via outbound calls and WhatsApp.
  • Introduce and pitch Shyama Technology's 15+ ready software products (GST Billing, School ERP, Clinic EMR, Hotel PMS, Pharmacy Software, etc.).
  • Understand client business requirements and schedule online or in-person live software demos with senior technical consultants.
  • Follow up regularly with qualified prospects to close software subscriptions and licenses.
  • Maintain lead records, calling feedback, and client relationship history in the CRM.

Eligibility & Desired Skills:

  • Fluent in Hindi with good conversational English and professional telephone manners.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, tele-sales, customer support, or B2B field sales is preferred.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with WhatsApp Business and calling tools.
